Introduction to AI for Everyone
Artificial intelligence is no longer a matter for experts or science fiction: it is already in your phone, your searches, your messages, and soon in every one of your days. This training was designed for you, whatever your profession, your age, or your level of computer skills. You need no prior technical knowledge — just curiosity. Starting from scratch, you will finally understand what AI really is, demystify its vocabulary, and above all learn to use it as an everyday assistant.
The approach is simple, reassuring, and 100% hands-on. No needless theory: in every session, you handle the major free tools yourself — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — and you leave with skills you can put to use the very next day. You will learn to converse with an AI so that it truly answers you, to have it draft an email, summarize a document, translate a text, organize your work, generate an image, or explain a complicated subject to you. You will also discover what AI can do… and what it cannot do, so you can use it intelligently and without being caught off guard.
By the end of this program, AI will no longer be a mystery or a threat: it will become a familiar tool that you know how to use with confidence, critical thinking, and common sense. You will save time in both your professional and personal life, you will talk about AI without hesitation, and you will be ready to make it a genuine everyday ally. Above all, you will always stay in control: the AI suggests, you decide.

Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour

Module 1 — Understanding AI (sessions 1-3)
1. What exactly is AI? — demystifying artificial intelligence in plain words: where it comes from, where it is already hiding in your life, and what ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini actually mean.
2. How it works, in plain terms — understanding without jargon what a language model is, how AI "guesses" its answers, and why it can be wrong with full confidence.
3. First steps: creating your accounts — installing and setting up ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini on your phone and your computer, and pulling off your very first conversation.
Module 2 — Communicating well with AI (sessions 4-5)
4. The art of asking well (the prompt) — learning to phrase your requests to get exactly what you want: being clear, giving context, and correcting course as the exchange unfolds.
5. Your prompt toolkit — building together a collection of reusable instructions for your recurring needs, to keep on hand.
Module 3 — AI in your everyday life (sessions 6-8)
6. Writing and communicating — having your emails, messages, and letters drafted, corrected, and reworded, and translating a text in a few seconds.
7. Understanding, summarizing, getting organized — summarizing a long document, getting a complicated subject explained to you simply, and planning your tasks and ideas.
8. Images and creativity — generating an image from a simple sentence and discovering the creative uses accessible to everyone.
Module 4 — Using AI with confidence (sessions 9-10)
9. Limits, pitfalls, and critical thinking — spotting AI's errors and fabrications, verifying information, and keeping the right reflex: you are the one who decides.
10. Security, data, and good practice — protecting your personal information, knowing the rules of responsible use, and leaving with a plan to keep going on your own.
