Your Novel and AI

Your Novel and AI

You carry a novel within you — a story, characters, a voice that belongs to you alone. This program gives you the power to bring it fully to life and share it with the world. You are the artist: your imagination and your style remain at the heart of the work. What you learn here is how to direct powerful AI tools — Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini, Firefly, HeyGen, TTSMaker — to turn your vision into a finished book, in both print and digital form.

The approach is hands-on. You begin by mastering your tools — understanding AI, setting up your environments, the art of prompting, organizing your projects, and getting agents to work together — so that you take the controls rather than being driven by them. You then give shape to your novel: structuring the narrative (characters, chapters, sections), mastering its rhythm and balance, and finally producing it beautifully — layout, printable PDF, illustrations, and an enriched digital version. And because a great work is refined, you learn to audit your text with AI: hunting down repetitions and overly long sentences, and checking the balance of chapters and sections.

By the end of the program, you walk away with your novel structured, formatted, and ready to be published in print and digital editions — and with a command of the tools that will serve all your creative work. You will have written and directed everything yourself, from the first chapter to the final period: AI will have been nothing more than a powerful lever for your talent. For the work bears only one signature — yours.

Program — 16 one-hour sessions

You are the artist: we train you to direct powerful AI tools to unfold your narrative and bring your novel to life. The journey starts with mastering the tools, then applies them to your novel, all the way to the audit that brings it to its best.

Core track — Mastering AI (sessions 1-6)

1. AI, how it works and its limits — models, memory and context, compaction, hallucination, validation. The principle: you are the artist, AI is the tool.

2. Setting up your environments — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Claude Browser; and the basics of HTML to understand your exports.

3. The art of prompting — giving clear instructions to get exactly what you want.

4. Organizing your projects for AI — reference files and MD files: the « memory » of your project, for consistent results.

5. Getting multiple agents to collaborate — agents and tester agents, the validation system, and the mistake you must never make (two agents on the same task).

6. Creation tools, rights & watermarking — TTSMaker, HeyGen, Firefly, Adobe Stock: uses, usage rights, and ownership of your creations.

Novel specialization — Designing & structuring (sessions 7-10)

7. Your characters — building complete and consistent character sheets.

8. The architecture of the narrative — structuring your novel into chapters and sections.

9. Rhythm & balance — calibrating the length of sections and the presence of your characters.

10. Overall consistency — checking details, chronology, and continuity across the entire manuscript.

Novel specialization — Producing the work (sessions 11-13)

11. The layout — a modern novel layout (colors, typography) through CSS.

12. The PDF & illustrations — generating a printable PDF and adding portraits of your characters.

13. The enriched digital version — audio, sound ambiances, and short video sequences.

Novel specialization — Auditing & finalizing (sessions 14-16)

14. The text audit — spotting repeated words and phrasings, and overly long sentences.

15. The balance of the work — checking the balance of chapters and sections, and fine-tuning the overall rhythm.

16. Finalization — technical proofreading and exporting your print and digital versions.
