This training is designed to give you a solid, practical foundation, whether you're starting from scratch or finally want to use these platforms with method and confidence.

The approach is simple and direct. You first explore the landscape of the major platforms to choose the ones that truly fit you, then you learn to create a profile that inspires trust and makes people want to follow you. You'll understand what makes good content — text, photo, short video — and how to prepare it with free tools, without being a designer. Finally, you'll see how to post at the right time, engage your community, read your statistics, and keep your account secure, turning a hesitant presence into a confident habit.

By the end of the program, you'll no longer be at the mercy of social media: you'll be in control. You'll have your optimized profile, a first publishing calendar, your first content ready to share, and, above all, a clear and sustainable routine. Whether for your business, your personal brand, or your project, you'll leave with the right instincts to grow online — step by step, and for the long term.

Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour

A progressive and 100% hands-on program: we start with the fundamentals (understanding and choosing your platforms), build a profile and content that works, then set up a lasting routine to grow your community safely.

Module 1 — The fundamentals (sessions 1-3)

1. The social media landscape — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X: what each platform is for, who's on it, and what you can expect from it.

2. Define your goal and your audience — why you're here (to sell, recruit, get known), who you're talking to, and choosing the 1 to 2 platforms made for you.

3. Online codes and good conduct — the essential vocabulary (post, story, hashtag, reach), netiquette, and the beginner mistakes to avoid.

Module 2 — Your profile and your content (sessions 4-7)

4. Create a profile that inspires trust — photo, banner, punchy bio, links, and contact details: making a good impression at first glance.

5. The basics of good content — what grabs attention: a catchy headline, a clear message, an image that speaks; the types of posts and when to use them.

6. Create visuals and short videos (free tools) — produce beautiful images and short videos with Canva and your smartphone, without being a designer.

7. Write your posts well — captions that draw people in, calls to action, and choosing the right hashtags to be found.

Module 3 — Publish, engage, and last (sessions 8-10)

8. Plan and post at the right time — build a realistic calendar, choose the right time slots, and schedule your posts to keep the pace without stress.

9. Engage your community and read your statistics — respond to comments and messages, create engagement, and understand your key numbers to improve.

10. Security, e-reputation, and your action plan — protect your accounts (password, two-factor authentication), nurture your image, and leave with your roadmap for the next 30 days.
