Prise de Parole en Public
Public Speaking
The moment arrives: all eyes turn to you, and it's your turn to speak. For many, this instant tightens the throat; for those who know how to handle it, it's a stage to conquer. This training teaches you to turn stage fright into energy, hesitation into confidence, and your ideas into a speech that leaves its mark. Whether in a meeting, in front of a client, on stage, or facing a camera, you learn to speak with clarity, presence, and conviction.
The approach is hands-on and deeply human. You work on your voice, your breathing, your posture, and your gaze — the speaker's true instruments. You learn to structure a message so it is understood and remembered, to captivate from the very first seconds, to tell a story that resonates, and to wield silence as an ally. You tame stress with proven techniques, you handle tough questions with composure, and you master today's tools: a clean, effective visual aid, and ease in front of the camera for your video calls and videos.
Everything comes down to practice. In every session, you step "on stage": filmed speaking exercises, improvisation drills, role-plays, and supportive feedback to improve before your very eyes. Session after session, you see yourself change — the voice settles, the body grounds itself, the gaze grows more assured. By the end of the program, you leave with your own speaking style, a polished speech you know how to deliver with impact, and above all the quiet confidence of someone who is no longer afraid to speak up — in front of five people just as much as five hundred.
What you walk away with
Far more than theory: a transformation you take with you and reference points for your entire professional life.
Your signature speech — a structured, rehearsed, and filmed message that you know how to deliver with conviction from start to finish.
An anti-stage-fright toolkit — concrete breathing, voice, and mindset techniques to reuse before every time you speak.
Your filmed speaking sessions — to measure your progress in black and white, from the first session to the last.
Lasting confidence — the presence and calm to express yourself with ease in meetings, interviews, on stage, or in front of a camera.
Program — 12 one-hour sessions
A journey lived on your feet: first we lay the foundations (mindset, voice, body), then you learn to build and tell a message that leaves its mark, and finally you train to deliver in any setting — meeting, stage, camera — all the way to your final speaking performance.
Module 1 — The speaker's foundations (sessions 1-4)
1. Diagnosis & starting posture — a first filmed speaking exercise, identifying your strengths and areas for growth, and defining your personal goal.
2. Taming stage fright — understanding stress, turning it into energy, and the breathing and grounding techniques to use right before you speak.
3. The voice, your instrument — breath, articulation, pace, volume, and intonation: building a voice that is clear, steady, and carries.
4. Body language — posture, grounding, gestures, movement, and gaze: filling the space and conveying confidence without a word.
Module 2 — Building a message that leaves its mark (sessions 5-7)
5. Structuring your speech — key message, clear outline, hook, and conclusion: organizing your ideas to be understood and remembered.
6. Capturing and storytelling — the art of storytelling: opening strong, illustrating with stories and examples, and holding attention from start to finish.
7. Persuading & leaving an impression — rhythm, silences, powerful phrases, and emotion: adding depth and leaving a lasting impression.
Module 3 — Delivering in any setting (sessions 8-10)
8. Interacting with the audience — building connection, reading the room, and handling tough questions and surprises with composure.
9. The visual aid that serves your message — designing clean, effective slides that support the message instead of stealing it.
10. Ease in front of the camera — video calls, online speaking, and videos: framing, eye contact with the camera, and remote presence.
Module 4 — Putting it to the test (sessions 11-12)
11. Mastered improvisation — speaking off the cuff, bouncing back, and keeping your thread: improv exercises to build responsiveness and ease.
12. Your final speaking performance — a full presentation in front of the group, filmed, followed by personalized feedback and your progress plan.
