Effective Internal Communication
In your organization, everything starts with a message. A misunderstood instruction, information that never arrives, a meeting that goes in circles, an email that hurts feelings without meaning to: everyday friction rarely stems from a lack of skill, but from communication that gets lost along the way. This training gives you the keys to getting the right information to the right person at the right moment — and turning your internal exchanges into a true driver of performance and cohesion.
The approach is decidedly hands-on and field-oriented. You start from the real situations you experience: briefing a team, announcing a change, managing a disagreement, writing a clear message, leading a productive meeting. Through role-playing, case studies, and practical workshops, you build your own instincts: structuring a message to be understood the first time, choosing the right channel between email, instant messaging, and face-to-face, practicing active listening and constructive feedback, and keeping information alive across departments without letting it fade away. You leave each session with a ready-to-use tool.
By the end of the program, you know how to diagnose your organization's communication roadblocks and address them with simple, lasting solutions: team rituals, clarified channels, calibrated messages, a climate of trust. You gain clarity, impact, and peace of mind in your exchanges — and your team, better informed and better heard, becomes more aligned, more autonomous, and more engaged. Well-managed internal communication means fewer tensions, less wasted time, and far better collective results.

Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour
A progressive journey: first we lay the foundations of clear communication, then we equip your everyday exchanges, and finally we deploy cross-functional, lasting internal communication across your organization.
Module 1 — The foundations of clear communication (sessions 1-3)
1. Diagnose your internal communication — spot roadblocks, lost information, and unspoken issues; map the information flows of your organization.
2. The clear message — structure an idea to be understood the first time: essential message, context, expected action, simple wording.
3. Choose the right channel — email, instant messaging, meeting, or face-to-face: the right information on the right medium to avoid noise and overload.
Module 2 — Equip your everyday exchanges (sessions 4-7)
4. Write effective emails and messages — a subject line that grabs attention, a message that gets to the point, the right tone; reusable frameworks for your everyday writing.
5. Lead productive meetings — agenda, time management, decisions, and minutes: turn the meeting into a moment of action rather than a waste of time.
6. Active listening and constructive feedback — rephrase, question, give and receive feedback that drives progress without putting people on the defensive.
7. Defuse tensions and misunderstandings — spot an emerging conflict, depersonalize the disagreement, and restore a calm dialogue.
Module 3 — Deploy lasting communication (sessions 8-10)
8. Keep information flowing between departments — break down silos, smooth upward and downward transmission, and establish simple team rituals.
9. Support change through communication — announce a decision, explain the why, reassure and bring teams on board.
10. Build your internal communication plan — assemble your tools into a coherent, measurable system, tailored to your organization and ready to deploy.
