You start by diagnosing your relationship with time — your time-wasters, your energy peaks, your habits — then you master proven prioritization and planning methods: the Eisenhower matrix, the Pareto principle, time-blocking, task batching. You then learn to protect your time from interruptions, to say no tactfully, to run short and useful meetings, and above all to delegate in order to multiply your impact without carrying everything yourself. Each method is put into practice immediately on your own day-to-day work as a manager.

A progressive, practical path: you first diagnose your relationship with time, you master prioritization and planning methods, then you learn to protect your time, to delegate, and to coach your team. Each session applies directly to your daily work as a manager.
Module 1 — Diagnosing your time (sessions 1-2)
1. Your relationship with time — self-diagnosis: where your time really goes, your time-wasters, your beliefs, and your habits as a manager.
2. Energy, rhythms, and emergencies — spotting your focus peaks, understanding the culture of urgency, and setting realistic time goals.
Module 2 — Prioritizing what's essential (sessions 3-4)
3. The Eisenhower matrix — telling the important from the urgent, sorting your tasks, and deciding what to do, schedule, delegate, or drop.
4. Pareto and high-impact tasks — the 80/20 rule: identifying the 20% of actions that produce most of your results.
Module 3 — Planning and organizing (sessions 5-6)
5. Time-blocking and the typical week — building a schedule that reserves slots for what's essential, batching tasks together, and keeping buffers.
6. Lists, to-dos, and digital tools — structuring your tasks (GTD method, the 2-minute rule) and choosing simple tools that last over time.
Module 4 — Protecting your time (sessions 7-8)
7. Interruptions, emails, and focus — managing requests, handling your inbox in time slots, and preserving stretches of deep work.
8. Knowing how to say no and set your limits — declining tactfully, negotiating deadlines, and fighting procrastination without putting yourself in an awkward position.
Module 5 — Multiplying through your team (sessions 9-10)
9. Delegating to save time — what to delegate and to whom, how to hand off a task clearly, and how to follow up without micromanaging.
10. Effective meetings and action plan — short, useful meetings (agenda, duration, decisions), then your personal plan to lock in your new habits for the long term.
