7. Engaging and growing your community — sparking interaction, replying, managing reviews, and turning followers into customers.

Module 3 — Get found & convert (sessions 8-11)

8. Google search ranking (SEO) — understanding keywords, optimizing your pages and content to show up in your customers' searches.

9. Google Business & local presence — creating and curating your business listing to capture local searches and customer reviews.

10. Email marketing that sells — building a list, writing emails that get opened and read, and automating a welcome and follow-up sequence.
