You first discover the mechanisms of stress and the stages that lead to burnout, so you can put words to what you feel and distinguish good, motivating stress from the kind that wears you down. You then build your toolkit: breathing and recovery techniques, managing thoughts that spin in circles, sleep and energy, organizing priorities, and the delicate art of setting limits and saying no without guilt. Each session comes to life through exercises, shared experiences, and role-playing, so that good practices become true reflexes.

By the end of the program, you leave with a clear understanding of how you respond to pressure, a set of techniques you can use the very next day, and a personal action plan to maintain your balance over time. Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour

A progressive, hands-on journey: we start by understanding stress and burnout, we build an anti-stress toolkit, we learn to get organized and set our limits, then we build a lasting balance plan. Each session combines clear insights, guided exercises, and role-playing.

Module 1 — Understanding stress and burnout (sessions 1-3)

1. How stress works — what happens in the body and mind under pressure; good motivating stress and bad stress that wears you down; your personal triggers.

2. From stress to burnout — the stages of professional burnout, its causes, and its consequences on health, mood, and work.

3. Recognizing the warning signs — spotting the signs early in yourself and in others; doing your self-assessment and knowing when to ask for help.

Module 2 — Your anti-stress toolkit (sessions 4-6)

4. Breathe and let go — breathing techniques, heart coherence, grounding, and quick relaxation you can use in the middle of a workday.

5. Mastering your thoughts — calming a mind that spins in circles, stepping back, reframing negative thoughts, and easing anxiety.

6. Energy, sleep, and recovery — protecting your sleep, managing fatigue, taking real breaks, and recharging your batteries every day.

Module 3 — Getting organized and setting your limits (sessions 7-8)

7. Prioritize and lighten the load — organizing your time, distinguishing the urgent from the important, delegating, and fighting overload and interruptions.

8. Setting your limits and saying no — asserting your needs without guilt, setting healthy boundaries, and preserving work / personal life balance.

Module 4 — Lasting the distance: balance and action plan (sessions 9-10)

9. A calmer work environment — the collective dimension: relationships, team support, communication, and levers for a less stressful atmosphere.

10. Your personal balance plan — building your tailored action plan, establishing lasting habits, and knowing how to prevent relapse.
