This training gives you the concrete keys to develop them, day after day, in your real professional life.
The approach is practical and grounded in real-world experience. No grand abstract theories: you practice on situations you already encounter — a delicate email to write, a disagreement to defuse, a meeting to move forward, difficult feedback to give or receive, stress to tame before a deadline. In each session, you leave with a simple method, a reusable tool, and an exercise to try at the office the very next day. You progress through repetition and role-play, not memorization.

Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour
A progressive, practical journey: we start with self-awareness and communication, strengthen relationships and collaboration, then equip you with tools for managing time, stress, and change. Each session combines a simple method, a tool, and an exercise to apply right away.
Module 1 — Knowing yourself & communicating well (sessions 1-3)
1. Soft skills & self-awareness — understanding what soft skills are, identifying your strengths and areas for growth, and setting your personal goals.
2. Communicating clearly — structuring a message, choosing the right channel, and refining the verbal and non-verbal to be understood the first time.
3. Active listening & empathy — truly listening, rephrasing, questioning, and making the other person feel heard.
Module 2 — Relationships & collaboration (sessions 4-6)
4. Giving & receiving feedback — delivering useful feedback without hurting, and welcoming criticism as a lever for growth.
5. Working as a team — finding your place, sharing information, supporting one another, and contributing to a team that moves forward.
6. Managing conflicts & disagreements — defusing tension, expressing your point of view, and seeking an outcome where everyone wins.
Module 3 — Effectiveness & self-mastery (sessions 7-8)
7. Managing your time & priorities — distinguishing the urgent from the important, planning your day, and saying no without guilt.
8. Managing your stress & emotions — recognizing your signals, staying calm under pressure, and regaining your energy.
Module 4 — Asserting yourself & adapting (sessions 9-10)
9. Self-confidence & assertiveness — daring to speak up, defending your ideas, and setting your boundaries with respect.
10. Adapting to change — cultivating flexibility, learning continuously, and turning your soft skills into a lasting action plan.
