Organizational Diagnostic: Identifying Immediate Performance Levers

Organizational Diagnostic: Identifying Immediate Performance Levers

You sense that your organization could move faster, more smoothly, more powerfully — but where exactly are the obstacles? This training teaches you to deliver a clear, rapid organizational diagnostic: not a cold audit that piles up figures, but a living reading of your company — its flows, its interactions, its behaviors — to reveal efficiency losses, hidden costs and, above all, the levers you can activate as early as tomorrow.

The approach is concrete and actionable. You learn to map your critical processes and spot the real breaking points — duplications, systematic delays, bottlenecks — then to analyze the human factor: clarity of roles, interfaces, team autonomy, those areas of ambiguity that slow down execution. You then establish a management culture that measures what matters, replacing decorative KPIs with decision-making indicators that are clear and connected to your real priorities.

At the end of the program, you don't leave with a mere observation, but with an action plan prioritized across three horizons: immediate actions achievable in less than 30 days, structuring initiatives spanning 3 to 6 months, and deep transformations that touch the model, the culture or the systems. You will know how to diagnose quickly, decide soundly, and bring speed to execution — for your own company as well as for those you support. Because a good diagnostic doesn't just understand: it informs the decision and unlocks performance.

What you leave with

A method, tools and a deliverable directly usable in the field:

A diagnostic toolkit — process analysis grids, role mapping and a decision-making dashboard, ready to use.

A diagnostic of your organization — carried out during the training on your own case, with its breaking points identified.

A prioritized action plan — across three horizons (immediate, structuring, transformation), quantified in impact and effort.

The rapid-diagnostic reflex — an organizational reading you'll be able to reproduce at will, for yourself or your clients.

Program — 10 sessions of 1 hour

A path that follows the real logic of a diagnostic: understanding the company's dynamics, analyzing processes and then the human factor, establishing management practices, and leaving with a prioritized action plan that you apply to your own case.

Module 1 — Framing the diagnostic (sessions 1-2)

1. Diagnostic vs. audit: reading the real dynamics — why an organizational diagnostic goes beyond the figures: flows, interactions, behaviors and immediately activable levers.

2. Framing and gathering quickly — defining the scope, the right questions, and gathering useful information (interviews, observation, data) without getting bogged down.

Module 2 — Analyzing critical processes (sessions 3-4)

3. Mapping the value chain — spotting key processes, missing standards and controls that have piled up over the years.

4. Detecting the breaking points — administrative duplications, systematic delays, poorly managed dependencies and bottlenecks to unblock as a priority.

Module 3 — Analyzing the human factor (sessions 5-6)

5. Mapping roles, interfaces and responsibilities — bringing to light the areas of ambiguity that generate tension and slow execution.

6. Clarity of priorities, autonomy and decision-making — how motivation, clear priorities and the right level of autonomy unlock collective efficiency.

Module 4 — Establishing the management culture (sessions 7-8)

7. From the decorative KPI to the decision-making indicator — sorting, simplifying and connecting indicators to the company's real priorities.

8. The strategic dashboard — building a clear dashboard, easily updated, that creates the reflex of continuous improvement.

Module 5 — Deciding and taking action (sessions 9-10)

9. Prioritizing across three horizons — building the action plan: immediate actions (less than 30 days), structuring initiatives (3 to 6 months) and deep transformations.

10. Reporting back to bring speed — presenting the diagnostic and the plan in a way that informs the decision and brings teams on board for execution.
