3. Structuring a Data Warehouse — why and how to isolate a warehouse layer between X3 and Power BI for fast queries without impacting operations.
Module 2 — Modeling and consolidating data (sessions 4-6)
4. The star schema — transforming X3 tables with Power Query, separating facts and dimensions for a clear, high-performance model.
5. Consolidating multi-company and multi-site — aggregating heterogeneous folders, harmonizing reference data, and managing multi-currency in a single model.
6. Essential DAX measures — writing your first metrics (running totals, year-over-year comparisons, ratios) that will feed all your dashboards.
Module 3 — Driving finance and group performance (sessions 7-8)
